Niamh (pronounced Neev) Arthur grew up in a household full of books, devouring everything from classics to horror, gothic romance to modern thrillers. What started as a childhood fascination with story and characters grew into a career analyzing audience psychology and genre trends.

From Story Lover to Head of Film & TV.

Niamh spent nearly seven years at an IP Studio & Publisher, eventually serving as Head of the Film and TV Department. She worked directly with authors and producers to match IP to specific studio mandates, helping to move over a dozen book-to-screen projects into development.
